RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
GK Hair Studio takes pride in ensuring that our customers receive the exact product they expect. Every single one of our products undergoes comprehensive testing and trials. If a product has any manufacturing defects or falls short of your expectations, we offer a complete, no-questions-asked replacement. Please note that exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct an inspection to ensure that the item is unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when it was sent to you. Once all criteria are met, we will dispatch the desired replacement product of equal or higher value than the returned order. Please keep in mind that we do not offer partial order exchanges. Please allow 10-12 working days for the entire exchange process to be completed.
*For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation
While we do not have control over orders placed on our website by visitors, we do retain the final authority to fulfil them. We may put an order on hold or cancel it if it is suspected of being fraudulent or malicious, without assuming any liability. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing inaccuracies on the website or product unavailability. We may also request additional verification or information before accepting any order. If any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required, we may contact you. If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, the charged amount will be refunded to your account. Please note that any promotional voucher used for canceled orders may not be refunded. Furthermore, in cases of suspicious transactions, we reserve the right to inform law enforcement officials and provide them with all transaction details needed for the investigation of any illegal activities.
Customers have the option to cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it with us. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
